You’re in an Auto Accident What now?

We like think we will never be involved in car accident. No matter how safe and alert we are we can't compensate for other drivers. So be prepared to take action case of an emergency. . It’s called accident for a reason. It is an unplanned and unfortunate incident. It may be inevitable to prevent, but you can be mentally prepared if it occurs. Make sure you always have pen and paper in your vehicle at all times.

Remain calm and focused. Check your self and passengers for injuries. Don’t turn away medical intention. There may not be any noticeable injuries, but that doesn’t rule out internal damage.

Don’t apologize or point blame. Saying sorry could be interrupted as guilt.

Make notes of your surrounding, the facts of the accident, and notable vehicle damage. Include any erratic behavior from the other driver before the accident and after.

Gather all witness and request their contact information. Do not discuss any particulars of the accident with the other driver.

Call the proper authorities and your insurance company.

Lastly, be completely honest, otherwise it could come back with detrimental consequences. Always keep pen in paper in your automobile.
